So I was trying to PM the moderators of each group (assuming they were each clan's Shisetsu) to arrange Race Personality trades, but I am informed that they "can't receive PMs". How do I contact them?

They should receive PM. Did you click their names in the member list and use send PM, or did you try but the group interface?

Can you try to PM me the wame way you tried them?
